Quality and Environment

The ISO standards are  international standards applicable to different economic areas. In Tapicerías Navarro, we possess two certificates in compliance of ISO standards from 2008.

– ISO 9001  assures the quality of the processes across the utilization of a system of management of quality, this process allow us to administer and to improve our processes thanks to the policies of constant improvement.

– ISO 14001 refers to the environmental management. Rather than simply complying with the legislation, we decide to go a step further and to introduce the ISO 14001. We try to minimize our impact to the environment across the improvement of the processes and the consumption responsible for resources.

These standards affect on the final consumer, the multiple audits in the processes allow to diminish to the maximum the monetary and material expense in the production, which has a direct impact on the cost of the product. These audits derive in a minor generation of residues and in a detailed study of the processes to obtain the major quality.

The two basic principles of Tapicería Navarro are the quality and the environmental care.
